We booked this hotel because it was near to the main rail station. It appears to be a new hotel, and the interior decor reflects this. The staff were extremely helpful and permitted us an early check-in as we had just left a late sleeper train. The rooms are clean, bright and comfortable. Air conditioning was good and all rooms very quiet. The whole hotel has very funky decor - you are going to love it or hate it. Our party was a bit split on that, but I liked it. Plenty of more conservative chain hotels about...... The bar area downstairs is one and the same as the lobby/check-in area, so not very private or snug. This hotel will suit the business and leisure markets alike. Kids will love the decor. If you are into trains, this is the place for you!! Ask for a room a few floors up at the back as this hotel overlooks the east end if the main station (you won't be disturbed by the noise).

Great location as it is only a few minutes walk to the train station and there is a nearby tram station that can bring you to many other nearby attractions. The staff speaks English and some do speaks Spanish. They are friendly and helpful. The hotel gave us some drink vouchers to enjoy at their bar and they even allow us to bring the drinks up to our room, just need to bring return the glasses back to the bar when done. The hotel is very clean and the room is very comfortable. There were eateries nearby as well.

We booked this hotel because it is so close to the Vienna central station, and that was the only good thing about our stay. On arrival, they have self-check in computers that you have to navigate yourself and create your own key cards. No one talks to you or explains anything about the hotel or services offered. The housekeeping is awful, rooms are only cleaned every 3 days which is not advertised when booking and no one told us that on check in. Apparently there are drink coupons you can get for not getting a clean, but again no one informed us of that. They don’t have phones in the room so you have to go downstairs whenever you need something which is very inconvenient. The rooms had absolutely no amenities. There was no fridge, no kettle or coffee machine, no safe and nowhere to store your clothes! They don’t even give you glassware so you have no way to even drink water from the tap…you had to go down to the front desk or bar to get hot water but there was often no one there to even ask. The shower head was great but the water randomly gets really hot during your shower so you have to be careful. not good for kids. We expected better from a Radisson hotel and will never stay here again.

Very adequate hotel. Nice decor and good location but not clean. Many hairs in the bedroom and in the bed. We had a drink downstairs at reception before heading out to dinner and, on our way back, we noticed our glasses were still sitting on the table an hour later, next to an old coffee cup from the person before us (despite three staff working). Comparatively, there are nicer hotels in the area for the same price.

The hotel is very very close to the main railway station, and also tram stop It is new hotel with well maintainance, the interior design is classy. The room is quite large, bed is comfy and clean, they also offer wireless charging. Breakfast is good. Staff was very helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. If I have a chance to come to vienna again, I would definitely stay here for sure!

The decor is definitely funky with borderline psychedelic carpet/curtains in the rooms. Our room was clean and neat, with many towels, and the AC is great, which is what we came for. That being said, our €90/night room didn't include breakfast sadly, they don't provide any dental packs (seriously, consider at least selling some), and the rooms don't come equipped with any cups, teas/snacks, fridge, kettle, etc. It's unfortunate that they seem to have spent so much thought/money on funky-themed everything and hot pink accents throughout the hotel and so little of it on providing basic accoutrements.
